Building a real-time analytics dashboard with role-based access, embeddable charts, and an AI-powered anomaly detection layer. Stack: Next.js, tRPC, Postgres, Anthropic Claude.
Internal Knowledge Agent
RAG pipeline that ingests a client's internal docs (PDFs, Notion, Confluence) into a searchable agent. Answers questions with citations — cutting support ticket volume by an estimated 40%.
Learning
Rust — seriously this time
Working through the Rust Book and writing small CLI tools to build intuition. The borrow checker is humbling. Goal: ship one real Rust project before end of 2026.
Model-level evals and prompt versioning
Going deeper on systematic LLM evaluation — building test sets, tracking prompt regressions with CI, and understanding when to reach for fine-tuning vs. better prompting.

More relevant than ever. Christian traces how the decisions made by researchers and engineers today will shape whether AI systems do what we actually want — not just what we say.
Small is Beautiful — E.F. Schumacher
1973 but feels written for now. A useful counterweight to scale-at-all-costs thinking — makes me more intentional about what I choose to build and who I choose to build it for.
